As you are aware that HSD is increased by Rs.
3/- dated
4th June,
2008
and Rs. 2/- in February, 08. Which later reduced by Rs. 1/- by the State
Government? Due to same the order bi-products also had a dent in cost i.e. oil,
lubricants, ties etc. On the whole, due to same the surface general and express
operational cost has an impact of 25-30% on the basic freight. On other hand
airlines have also increasing the rates by Rs. 10/- (Notification as attached).
You will appreciate that in the past hike, we
never request for freight increment, as we had absorbed the same at our part.
Now due to current & other ingredients to freight bearers. We hope that you
will accept the same.
As per information, very soon normal diesel
will not be available in the market; only premium diesel will be sold by the
outlets by the oil companies to co-op with their past losses. Due to same
we expect another hike very soon. Same will be updated by us.
We expect your continuous support as in past
and also in future too. It is requested to return a copy of this letter as an
acceptance for record purpose.
